Through a small entryway, you’ll reach the bright and inviting living area.
The kitchen is open-concept and equipped with a high-quality built-in kitchen, including a microwave.
Dishes, silverware, glasses, pots, and pans are provided.
Please note that household supplies and consumables such as tea towels, dishcloths, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, etc., are not included; please bring these with you.

The focal point on this level is the large dining table with six chairs.
This is a great place to enjoy meals and socialise.
The wood-burning stove, with its cosy atmosphere, will add to the experience. The stove may only be fuelled with wood briquettes!

In the back area, facing the patio, there is a cosy sofa nook with a TV.
A guest bathroom is also available on the ground floor.

The south-facing terrace is furnished with a table, six chairs, and a parasol. A beach chair is available to you free of charge at the swimming beach (not the dog beach).

The ground floor features two bedrooms, a large bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and a private sauna.
On stormy and/or rainy days, the fully equipped bathroom can become your very own wellness sanctuary.

The loft, which opens onto the loggia, is a wonderful retreat.
From up here, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Wadden Sea.
Here, too, a cosy sofa area with a TV and a recliner provide the perfect spot to unwind.
The third bedroom is adjacent.

Board games for all ages and a wide selection of books for every generation are available.

Underfloor heating throughout the house provides cosy warmth on cool days.

Upon request, a travel cot with a mattress and/or a high chair can be borrowed at the front desk.
Shared washing machines and dryers, as well as an ironing board and iron, are available for a fee in our laundry room on the ground floor of House No. 48.

For safety reasons, barbecuing is prohibited throughout the entire holiday park.

A free parking space is available just a few metres from the house. Bicycle parking is available right next to the house.

Please note that charging electric cars at our properties is prohibited for technical and cost reasons. The nearest charging stations are located in the public car park approximately 300 metres away on Mellumweg, as well as in Horumersiel in front of the Tourist Information office and in the car park at EDEKA.

Neither bachelor/hen nights nor similar celebrations/parties/events are permitted in this accommodation.

This house has its own satellite system. This allows you to easily access a wide variety of popular channels on the available TV sets.
Furthermore, the holiday home is connected to the fiber-optic network and offers you excellent internet reception on all floors.
