Hello, hello, and a warm welcome to our holiday townhouse in the resort town of Altfunnixsiel near Wittmund.

A relaxing getaway for up to four people

The 70-square-meter, fully furnished and equipped townhouse spans two floors, offering plenty of space for four adults and a toddler to enjoy a relaxing getaway.
The layout on the lower level consists of a large living room with a dining area and an adjoining kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a small pantry. A high chair is also provided. On the upper floor, you’ll find the double bedroom with a cot and a second bedroom, as well as a bathroom.

You can relax on the spacious terrace, which features a grill and overlooks a horse pasture.

Altfunnixsiel—a holiday far from the tourist hustle and bustle

Enjoy your holiday in this idyllic village on the Harle River—a paradise for fishing and water sports enthusiasts. If you’re travelling with your bikes and get the urge for some sea air, you can reach the North Sea—just 7 km away—in about 20 minutes. Other nearby attractions: the East Frisian Islands, such as Norderney, and the towns of Wittmund and Jever.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Leider hängt die Dunstabzugshaube genau in Stirnhöhe (172 cm), so dass ich mir 2 x heftig den Kopf gestoßen habe. Ansonsten alles top!

Schönes 2 Etagen Reihenhaus

Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, Fussläufig ein gutes Restaurant. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden zum täglichem Leben. Danke auch an Mona fürs kümmern.

Für verlängertes Wochenende perfekt

Wir waren 2 Nächte dort und konnten viel mit PKW und zu Fuß erreichen. Nach Carolinensiel sind’s gut 5km und weiter zum Strand nochmal ein gutes Stück der Harle entlang. Zu Fuß durchaus machbar. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und es ist alles was man braucht vorhanden. Mit der Sauberkeit…naja. Das ist auf jeden Fall ausbaufähig und sollte eigentlich gegeben sein. (Kl. Brezel unter der Couch/tote kl. Tierchen auf dem Boden) Da wäre ein vorheriges Saugen und Wischen schon schön gewesen. Vor allem zahlt man das ja auch eigentlich alles… Trotz allem hatten wir schöne Tage und der Kontakt zur Hausverwaltung war unkompliziert und angenehm.

Gute Ausstattung. Die Küche eignet sich leider nur zum Frühstück richten. Was fehlt, ist eine Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder, die können nur vor dem Haus ungeschützt abgestellt werden.
