Tiny Tampa is a private suite located on the side of the main house rental. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Completely rebuilt with fully stocked kitchen and 1 bathroom. This 1 bedroom is a tiny space, but the sofa is perfect for an extra guest. Perfect for families with a small child.
NOTED: You do share a common wall with the main house.

It's our home when we visit Florida. We hope you feel the love we've poured into it.

You never know when it'll be in a video. We have 3 sons, and live in California.

Why they chose this property

We like that our home is surprisingly quiet and peaceful, since being walking distance to Busch Gardens, an amusement park. Conveniently located only a mile from USF, and a 15-20 minute drive to downtown, beaches and airport.

What makes this property unique

This property was in very bad shape when we bought it. We share before and after photos as part of the artwork inside the home. My husband, Alan is a contractor and completely rebuilt this home. It should have been torn down. It's our home when we visit Florida, and we hope you feel the love we poured into it.
