Our check-in communication process has been updated, guest access procedures have been improved, and we have replaced and retrained our cleaning and property-support team. We have also added a final inspection before every arrival to ensure the property is clean, fully prepared, and ready before check-in. The individual who assisted with access was an authorized property representative, but we recognize that this was not communicated clearly and caused understandable concern. We have now improved our identification and guest-verification procedures to prevent this confusion in the future. We regret that we did not meet expectations during your stay. Your feedback helped us identify important areas for improvement, and all necessary repairs, cleaning, communication, and operational issues have now been addressed.

Renovation and repair work has been completed, the property has been professionally cleaned and treated by pest control, and our housekeeping procedures have been improved to ensure all bedding is placed properly and every bathroom is fully stocked before check-in. We have also strengthened our exterior monitoring and security procedures to help prevent unauthorized individuals from remaining near the property. In our view, the review appears to have been written in retaliation to that decision. Despite the policy terms, we ultimately made an exception and issued a full refund. We would also like future guests to know that we have weekly pest control service provided by a highly reputable company in the Tampa area. Additionally, we have addressed the concerns raised and made further improvements to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests. We remain committed to maintaining high standards.
