• Avengers-Themed Room (Sleeps 4): customer designed Avengers bedroom featuring two double beds, luxury bedding, and smart TVs.

• Little Mermaid-Themed Suite(Sleeps 4): Enchanting underwater suite with a queen-over-queen bunk bed, smart TVs, luxury bedding, an ensuite bathroom, and custom details.



LUXURY SUITES:

• First Floor King Master Suite: Spacious king bed with luxury linens and 65" smart TV, with private ensuite bathroom and soaking tub — perfect for parents or grandparents.

• Upper Level King Bedrooms (x2): Two additional king bedrooms with premium linens and furnishings for adults.

• Cozy Twin Room: Two side-by-side single beds with luxury linens.



KITCHEN:

Fully stocked gourmet kitchen with range, cookware, dinnerware, and everything you need for family meals. Premium linens throughout, high-speed WiFi, and all the essentials for a seamless, stress-free stay.



PARKING

• Parking is available in the garage, driveway, and designated parking areas only.

• Please do not park on the grass, sidewalk, or the street (violators may be towed).



HOUSE RULES:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM (unapproved late check-outs billed at half-day rate).

• No smoking anywhere on the property ($500 fine per violation).

• No pets allowed.

• All adult guests’ full names must be provided prior to check-in for community registration.

• Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times when accessing the pool area for the home or the clubhouse. Pool use is at your own risk; owner and management are not liable for injuries.



IMPORTANT INFO:

• Private Pool and Spa: Pool and spa heat available for $35/day. Pool cleaning occurs Mondays.

(Please note, all pool equipment is designed by the manufacture to temporarily turn off when outside temperature is below 60°F.)

• BBQ Grill: Rental available for $100/week.

• This home is enrolled in a recurring professional pest control program. Notify us immediately if any issues arise.

• Equipped with additional door locks and door alarms on pool-facing exit doors as required by Florida law.

• Starter supply of essentials provided for your convenience.

• Baby crib, pack and play, high chair, and stroller available upon request.

Guest Access:

Guests will access the community through the main entrance gate. Upon arrival, please have your ID ready to show the security guard for access. You will be provided a temporary door code to access the home during your stay. We will also be available to assist you as needed.

Other Things to Note:

Check-In instructions and a personalized digital guidebook will be sent 24 hours prior to arrival. Please send us the names of all adults who will be staying at the home, prior to your check-in date, so we can add them to the community guest list.



Concierge Services: We are happy to arrange grocery accommodations, dining reservations, private chefs, equipment rentals, luxury vehicles, chauffeur services, event decorations, and more, available upon request.



Lost Items: We will do our best to locate and return any personal items left behind, but management is not responsible for lost belongings.
