• Heated Pool (Professionally serviced and cleaned every week. Please keep the pool cover on whenever the pool is not in use. The cover helps retain heat and prevents leaves, insects, and other outdoor debris from blowing into the water. Since the pool is outdoors, some debris may naturally accumulate if it is left uncovered.)

The location is beautiful and in a great area. My wife pulled her back out and none of the furniture provides good back support, but the beds are sturdy, firm, and among the most comfortable I have slept in away from home. There is plenty of kitchenware and appliances and a really nice gas stove. The property was very clean and they have clearly taken efforts to keep the property updated.However, we chose this location specifically because of the pool and hot tub. When we arrived the hot tub had leaves and debris in it but was usable. The pool had mud sitting on the bottom. The water was cloudy and we couldn't see the filter in the bottom, which makes it unsafe to use. The host was slow to respond, disregarded our concerns, did not take responsibility for the conditions, did not rectify the pool situation, and did not follow through on a promise to have the hot tub cleaned out. Consequently, we never did get to use the pool. They also were unwilling to make it right by compensating us for the lost use of the pool by refunding a portion of the rental cost.For us, that cancelled out the positive aspects of this property.

Both the pool and hot tub are professionally cleaned and serviced weekly, and we responded to your concerns during your stay. We also ask all guests to keep the pool and hot tub covered whenever they are not in use, as this helps prevent leaves, debris, and wildlife from entering the water and keeps them clean between scheduled service visits. While we always strive to address concerns promptly and fairly, we also have to base our decisions on the actual condition of the property. We remain committed to providing a clean, well-maintained home and appreciate the feedback from the many guests who have had a wonderful experience staying with us
