Good location. Not too busy and walkable to grocery and restaurants. Steep concrete staircase to entrance that could be an issue if you are older or have difficulty carrying luggage. Basement suit without a ton of natural daylight. A bit older and worn down but was clean. Overall solid quality and we are happy we stayed there. Great if you have a group of people needing beds and a place to call home base for an event.
