You’ll stay in a bright, modern 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people, with approximately 48 m² of living space on the 1st floor, just about 100 m from the beach. The balcony and bedroom offer a view of the Baltic Sea in winter.

One bedroom with a double bed, a living/sleeping area with a comfortable sofa bed, a separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchen area with a microwave, dishwasher, and large refrigerator with freezer compartment, shower/toilet, hair dryer, balcony, satellite TV (42-inch flat-screen, 4K) with Sky reception and telephone. Another LCD TV with Sky reception is located in the bedroom. Various games for children are available. The sleeper sofa in the living room can be converted in just a few simple steps into a full-sized, comfortable sleeping area for the 3rd and 4th guests. A modern bathroom awaits you, featuring a walk-in round shower, high-quality tiles, and a heated towel rack.

Modern and right in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen—that’s the Residenz Seestern. The four apartment buildings are located not far from the beach and the pier. The beautiful spa gardens and shops for daily necessities are also just a few minutes away.

You can spend relaxing days in the on-site wellness area when the weather isn’t cooperating. The swimming pool is available to you free of charge during your stay, and the sauna area can be used for a fee.
For our younger guests, there’s a playground in the complex’s courtyard. The apartments are also equipped with child-friendly amenities, so nothing stands in the way of a family holiday.
On the ground floor of Residenz Seestern, you can treat yourself to a meal at various restaurants. You’ll also find an ice cream shop and our front desk right here in the complex. At our reception desk, you can rent strollers, handcarts, baby bathtubs, travel cots, and high chairs (for a fee). Child safety outlet covers and child-sized toilet seats are available free of charge at the reception desk upon request.
Your well-equipped two-room holiday apartment, which accommodates up to four people, features a balcony or terrace, free Wi-Fi, and Sky TV. You can easily reach the apartment by lift, and a parking space is available for your car in the underground garage. There is also a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as a space for your bicycles.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
