Adding a personal touch, the owner has handcrafted the butcher-block countertops, adding warmth and beauty to the kitchen.
Located in close proximity to the Rocky Mountain entrance, Crooked Pines comes with the added bonus of frequent wildlife sightings. Keep an eye out for graceful deer and majestic elk, and delight in the frolicking chipmunks and groundhogs. The cabin brings you closer to nature, making for an unforgettable getaway. VACATION RENTAL CONTRACT This vacation rental contract is a legal agreement between Estes Park Property Management (also referred to as the “Property Manager”) and you, the Renters (also referred to as “Tenants” and “Guests”). This contract is entered into as of the date when the Renters place their reservation online and the reservation is screened and accepted by the Property Manager. By booking this property you automatically agree to the House Rules.
Cleaning Policy: The Vacation Rental must be left picked up and the departure instructions followed. If there are difficulties following the departure instructions, the renter should notify the property manager. Reservation Policy: We, the Renters (also referred to as “Tenants” and “Guests”) agree to the following: 1. We will be completely responsible for any and all damages to the property caused by our negligence. 2. We will notify the owners of any damage upon arrival. 3. We will hold the owners harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property damage incurred on the property arising out of our negligent acts or omissions. See disclaimer below. 4. We will pay for any fee that is reasonably attributable to broken, damaged, or missing items. 5. Please follow the cancellation policy through the website you booked through. 6. There are no refunds for early departure. 7. There are no refunds for snow or weather conditions. 8. All rental monies are due 30 days prior to arrival. 9. All trash must be bagged and placed in bear proof trash can or cost of $45 for unbagged trash. 10. We will not hold the owners responsible for any items left after our check out if we get the request to send items back, we will charge postal costs plus $15 for packaging. 11. Lost keys will incur replacement costs of $50 12. This is not a party house. 13. This is a NON-SMOKING vacation rental. 14. Pets are NOT allowed in the rental unless property allows dogs or approved by the property manager. 15. The Town of Estes Park passed an Ordinance which makes it against the law to exceed the maximum stated occupancy. 16. Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is 10:00 am. An early check-in or late checkout is subject to extra rental charges. 17. The Renter must be 21 years of age to book this vacation rental. 18. Please look at the cancellation policy. By signing this agreement, you are agreeing to the terms of the cancellation policy. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of their money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. Disclaimer: Renters understand that the Property Manager is not responsible for any personal injury caused by slipping on snow or ice, and that tenants are responsible for the removal of snow and ice around the doorways and paths to car, to include the parking area. And further that the homeowners are not responsible for any personal injury or loss or damage to tenants’ property caused directly or indirectly from foul, inclement weather conditions, acts of god or nature, failure of heat, accidents related to fire, heaters, stoves, tenants’ failure to remove snow around access areas, or any unforeseeable circumstances. Under no circumstances will tenants or their guests hold the owners of the vacation rental responsible for any damages or claims of any kind resulting from their stay, except for intentional acts of harm. This agreement and disclaimer applies to Renters and all guests in the Renters’ party. I, the Renter, have read, understand, agree to, and will abide by this rental agreement and all conditions stated herein.

Great place to stay for hiking in and around RMNP.
Perfect location for virtually direct access to the Beaver Meadows entrance to the park, and a view of Longs Peak and other mountains!
Loved staying in this quaint cabin which is a piece of history. So easy to access the park. Property was clean, everything was as pictured and host was very responsive with answers to pretrip questions. I would stay here again.
This sweet little cabin has hardwood floors, wood panelling, and wood kitchen cupboards & countertops. The beds were comfortable and there are lots of blankets and a well stocked kitchen as well.
Anyone who appreciates authentic vintage homes will smile as soon as you enter. Its got nice views from all of the windows, and is in a perfect location to access RMNP.
I definately want to come back, and for a longer stay - we didn't want to leave the quiet to return to the noise of the city. Thank you for sharing your little cabin with us.
