About this property

A villa for a getaway

I am renting out the larger half of the villa, fully furnished, approx. 300 square metres with a terrace, garden, garage, wine cellar, etc. The smaller apartment, approx. 70 square metres, within the villa is already rented. The location is fantastic and quiet, about a 20-minute walk or a 4-minute drive from the village of Oberbozen. The cable car there takes you directly to Bolzano in no time. The final stretch of the driveway to the villa may need to be cleared of snow in winter (snow removal service). The villa is ideal for a getaway, even for two families.
