The washing machine is located in the laundry room.

Still on this floor, there is a full bathroom with bath and double washbasins, shared by the two bedrooms located just four steps below. These are two comfortable and welcoming bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, sharing a pleasant private balcony overlooking the garden and pool area.

Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and feature built-in wardrobes, dressing tables and wooden shutters, creating a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere.

In the pool area there is also a games lounge with darts and a support bathroom.

Two uncovered parking spaces are available inside the property, with access through a manual gate.
