The house is equipped with every comfort you need to enjoy your stay. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find a smart TV in both the living room and the bedroom. The bedroom features a high-quality box-spring bed and comfort-sized comforters. In the spacious bathroom, you can take a barrier-free shower and warm up in the bathtub after long hikes in the cool fall weather. The toilet is located in a separate room with a sink, so the bathroom and toilet can be used at the same time. All windows are equipped with motorised blinds, and the bedroom also has pull-down insect screens. The utility room houses a washing machine and dryer, and the spacious garage offers ample room for even a slightly larger car, as well as your bicycles and winter sports equipment. Guests who enjoy hiking will find a unique landscape that invites exploration in every season via the well-developed network of hiking trails. The Rhön’s most beautiful attractions are in the immediate vicinity, such as the Schwarze Moor and Rote Moor, the Wasserkuppe and Milseburg, the Ellenbogen, the Kreuzberg, and the Point Alpha Memorial. In winter, designated winter hiking trails and groomed cross-country ski trails invite you to enjoy the outdoors. Payment is due in advance via bank transfer. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:30 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. A cot or extra bed can be provided upon request (free of charge). The visitor’s tax, as well as towels, bed linens, and use of the washing machine and dryer, are included in the price.
