Outstanding

Pros: We loved everything about Elena’s farmhouse style property, especially the outside area and fruit trees! The best part about this place is that it is in the countryside outside of the town of Alghero (in complete peace and quiet) but it’s close enough to be able to get the convenience of restaurant choices/shops etc! We did not have one single complaint and would love to stay again if we’re ever in Alghero again! (Please note that although the listing doesn’t say there’s a washing machine, there actually is which was so convenient for beach days) Cons: Nothing!!

Superbe maison et jardin, au calme et tout près de la ville! Parfait!

Pros: C'est la seconde fois que nous venons dans cette magnifique maison (2023 et 2024). Preuve que nous sommes plus que satisfait! La maison est juste parfaite, très propre et un cachet unique! La terrasse est très grande et abritée avec un espace barbecue impressionnant. Et que dire du jardin fruitier entourant la maison! Parfait pour cueillir grenades et amandes durant le séjour. Nous avons été une nouvelle fois très bien accueilli par Elena et son mari. C'est toujours une joie de les revoir. La maison est à 5 minutes du centre d'Alghero et non loin du parc de Porte Conte avec ses plages magnifiques. C'est un lieu de coeur pour nous et nous y retournerons!

Gezellig ingericht huis op een groene, rustige locatie.

Pros: Het huis heeft een comfortabel terras met een boomgaard waar je niets anders hoort dan het fluiten van vogels en het ruisen van bladeren. Je komt er herrlijk tot rust..

Sehr schönes gutausgestattetes Haus mit großen gepflegten Garten

Pros: Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Küche war ein Traum- alles wie bei einem zu Hause! Töpfe,Pfannen,Gewürze,sogar eine Kühltasche,extra Wasser und eine Flasche Wein wurden gestellt. Backofen, Gefrierschrank funktionierten einwandfrei. Haus hat an Fenstern Moskitonetze - sehr praktisch(trotzdem kommen die Mücken leider durch ).Die Nachbarn waren sehr nett und versorgten uns mit Feigen und Mandeln :) die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer braucht man im August definitiv. Die außendusche ist sehr praktisch. Das Haus ist stilsicher eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause. Nachts hört man die Schafe und die Hütehunde - typisch auf dem Land . Der Garten ist ein Traum ! Feigen, Mandeln, Oliven , Granatäpfel.. alle 2 Tage kommen die Besitzer um den Garten zu gießen- man muss sich um nichts kümmern. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und flexibel! Die Lage des Hauses hat Vor und Nachteile. Der Vorteil ist die Ruhe ! Cons: Die hohe Feuchtigkeit (es war Mistralwind) brachte im Schlafzimmer den Putz zum abfallen - es roch muffig . Den Garten konnte man wegen den vielen Wespen und Mücken weder tagsüber noch abends benutzen . Wir konnten kein einziges Mal draußen auf der Terrasse essen. Somit konnten wir den Grill auch nicht benutzen . Ein Entfeuchter hätte sicherlich geholfen ! Es ist kein schattiger Platz für das Auto zur Verfügung somit glüht es regelrecht wenn man vormittags losfahren will da es in der prallen Sonne steht. Die Lage scheint nah an der Stadt zu sein jedoch trügt das ganze : man braucht weit aus mehr Zeit als man denkt da es eigentlich immer Stau gibt und man durch die Stadt muss um an die Strände zu gelangen . Plant also genügend Zeit ein ! Es gibt kein Internet im Haus (was für uns nicht schlimm war - aber somit gibt es auch kein Netflix etc)

Très bon séjour en famille.

Pros: La terrasse et la tranquilité Cons: Avec la mitoyenneté on entend parfois les voisins mais rien de très dérangeant.
