Nice, brightful and modern apartment in the 3rd Floor with elevator perfect to reach. Best location in Alghero, 10 minutes walk. in the old town, 5 min. to the beach and still quiet in the evening. The apartment is newly renovated and has a completely new and high-quality interior, which was completed this year. From the large balcony, which covers 25 square meters, one has a relaxed sea view and enough space to enjoy life outside. The building itself is only 5 years old.

Best appartement in a beautiful destinatiom

Appartement is really nice: modern, clean, lots of space inside and on the balcony (with view to the sea) and equipped with everything that's needed. Location brilliant, few minutes from old towncentre and close to the city-beach. Handling and communication all easy. We love to come back.

Favorite stay in Italy!

This place is absolutely perfect! Clean and modern the patio is wonderful and just a block from the sea! Prompt response time. The beds are comfy and all the kitchen things and glasses you would need to cook. A very short walk to endless bars and restaurants at the beach and also a nice walk to old town. Perfect placating. A really nice detailed booked about what to do/eat/see. We didn’t want to leave and wish we had longer at this stay.

Great stay in Alghero

This place was perfect for us. Walking distance to the historical and shopping area, a lot of restaurants, grocery stores and beaches! You could rent bikes to go to further beaches. It was a clean apartment and we thoroughly enjoyed the balcony with a view of the water. The beds were pretty comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with cooking and eating equipment. It took us a bit of googling to figure out the fancy coffee maker but we did it and enjoyed it each morning. Thanks so much! We all said we’d stay at this apartment again when we come back to Sardinia (Alghero)!

Toller Aufenthalt in schöner Wohnung

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung in Alghero. Der Check-in verlief völlig reibungslos und unkompliziert, sodass wir uns von Anfang an willkommen fühlten. Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung und den Bildern im Inserat – alles war genauso, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die liebevolle Geste zur Begrüßung: Im Kühlschrank standen bereits eine Flasche Wasser und eine Flasche Wein für uns bereit.Im Apartment lag außerdem ein sorgfältig zusammengestelltes Gästebuch mit zahlreichen hilfreichen Tipps, Tricks und Restaurantempfehlungen, das uns viele schöne Entdeckungen in der Umgebung ermöglicht hat. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend – sowohl die Waschmaschine als auch die Spülmaschine waren im Alltag sehr praktisch und haben unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Auch die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.Ein echtes Highlight ist die große Terrasse mit gemütlicher Sitzecke, Essbereich und einem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang – dort konnten wir wunderbar entspannen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein: Genau zwischen dem Hafen mit der Altstadt und dem schönen Strand Maria Pia gelegen. Direkt vor der Wohnung befindet sich zudem der Stadtstrand. Wir konnten alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen und jederzeit zwischendurch in die Wohnung zurückkehren – das war wirklich praktisch.zwischen dem H

Tolle Lage

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Gut ausgestattete Küche, gute Betten - vor allem aber haben wir die west-Terrasse genossen, welche morgens schattig war und am Abend uns den Sonnenuntergang genießen hat lassen. Das Parken war machmal nicht ganz so leicht aber dennoch absolut machbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😎

Urlaub

Wir haben schöne Tage in der Wohnung bzw. Algero verbracht. Wohnung super u. komplett eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bäcker und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Schön wäre ein Parkplatz im Hause gewesen . So war es immer halt ein suchen. Hat aber auch geklappt. Mit Rollstuhl hat auch alles geklappt. Freundlicher Herr im Baumarkt um die Ecke hat uns zur Erleichterung auf den Balkon zwei kleine Rampen gebaut. Nur an den Lärm der Motorroller und Motorräder mussten wir uns gewöhnen. (sind halt keine Stadtmenschen) Rundherum waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben die Tage genossen. Vielen Dank. HH

Super Lage & schöner Ausblick

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön in der Nähe von Strand und Altstadt. Die Ausstattung ist super und es macht dort Spaß zu kochen. Der Empfang durch Nico war sehr nett und über den gekühlten Wein haben wir uns auch sehr gefreut. Die Tipps die wir bekommen haben waren sehr hilfreich.

Wieder traumhaft

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in der Wohnung, wir wollten wieder kommen und es hat geklappt….Wir haben uns wieder rundum wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung ist von der Lage, Größe und Austattung einfach perfekt. Sehr netter Kontakt ! Bei der Schlüsselübergabe wurde jedes einzelne Detail zur Wohnung erklärt. Sehr sauber und geräumig. Ein schöner Balkon/ eigentlich eine ganze Terrasse mit schönem Ausblick und schöner Außengarnitur. Wenige Meter bis zum Meer. Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Entspannter Aufenthalt mit voller Flexibilität

Geweldig appartement!

Wij hebben ontzettend van dit appartement genoten. We vonden het jammer dat we door gingen naar ons volgende appartement. Het appartement is ruim, schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft twee balkons (waarvan 1 heel groot met eettafel en tuinset), dus altijd mogelijk om in de zon of schaduw te zitten. De WiFi werkt uitstekend. De eigenaar is snel in zijn contact en behulpzaam. In het appartement ligt een boek met uitleg van alle apparaten in het appartement, tips in de omgeving en parkeermogelijkheden in de omgeving (genoeg, gratis en op korte loopafstand). Het oude centrum van Alghero is op loopafstand, via de boulevard is het makkelijk te bereiken. Het centrum heeft leuke smalle straatjes en veel restaurants. Het strand en de zee zijn nog dichterbij (nog geen vijf minuten). De foto van het uitzicht op zee is daadwerkelijk vanaf het balkon zichtbaar. Ook de overige foto’s geven een goede impressie van het appartement. Wij raden dit appartement zeker aan als je Alghero en omgeving wilt verkennen.

Rundum empfehlenswert!

Wir haben die Herbstferien in der Ferienwohnung „Genti di Mare“ verbracht und es war rundum gelungen! Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen und sie war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist fußläufig in der Altstadt sowie am Stadtstrand und zu den schönen Badebuchten ist es nicht weit zu fahren. Und der Vermieter ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit und hatte tolle Tipps für uns, die wir gerne ausprobiert haben. Auch die Abwicklung vor Ort, z.B. die Schlüsselübergabe, verlief reibungslos. Wir hoffen sehr, noch einmal wiederzukommen! Einzig über FeWo-direkt würden wir nicht mehr buchen, da wir mit der Agentur sehr unzufrieden waren.

Volltreffer

Wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub auf Sardinien verbracht. Die Wohnung ist einfach ideal, schön eingerichtet, sauber, gepflegt, das absolute Highlight ist der riesige Balkon. Die Lage ist perfekt, in zweiter Reihe zum Meer, was positiv ist, weil in erster Reihe ist auch die recht viel befahrene Straße. Meerblick gibt es trotzdem und man hat etwas mehr Ruhe. Die Altstadt ist in 10/15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, der Strand San Giovanni in 5 Minuten. Es gibt auch andere, schönere Strände, die etwas weiter weg sind, dennoch mit dem Auto, Rad oder Bus gut zu erreichen sind. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und dem ortsansässigen Freund lief super. Uns wurde auch sehr schnell und problemlos geholfen, als wir einen Strafzettel wegen Falschparkens am Strand Maria Pia bekamen, vielen lieben Dank dafür nochmal. Wir können die Wohnung und alles Drum Herum einfach sehr empfehlen. Wir haben uns in Sardinien verliebt und würden gerne wieder kommen.

We knew right away that we would directly feel at home in this great vicinity, with unique cuisine, great wines, beautiful beaches and a beautiful historic old town. So in 2017 we decided to buy a holiday apartment in Alghero. We are sure that you will love the country and its people and this extraordinary place.
