Welcome to your spacious 3-room duplex apartment in the attic with approx. 70 m² of living space—ideal for families or friends who want to enjoy an unforgettable holiday on the North Sea.

The apartment spans two levels: On the lower level, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed, a separate sitting area with a flat-screen TV, and the living/sleeping area with a comfortable double sofa bed. A staircase leads up to the attic, where you’ll find another bedroom with a double bed (one-piece mattress)—a charming retreat under the roof.

The separate dining area and the fully equipped kitchen offer everything you need for shared meals in a relaxed atmosphere. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

From the balcony, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the North Sea, the international shipping route to the Kiel Canal, and all the way to Hamburg—a panorama that makes every moment unforgettable. Satellite TV and a hi-fi micro system provide entertainment, and an outdoor parking space for your car rounds out the amenities.



Our Residenz Passat is a beautifully situated holiday apartment complex in Cuxhaven-Döse. It’s only about 150 m to the beach and the beach house. The complex features 52 holiday apartments for 1–6 people.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground, indoor swimming pool with counter-current system, and Finnish sauna included.

Parking space on the parking deck or in the underground garage, corresponding to the apartment number (max. clearance height 1.85 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (e-bikes excluded).

Beach chair rental at especially favourable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.
Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available on the premises.
Check-in on Sundays and holidays is between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.



Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and check-out from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
