Electricity, water, and heat are included.

Bedding, towels, and firewood can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.

One dog may be accommodated for an additional fee. Other pets by request only.

A parking space at the house is available free of charge.



With our Villa Verde right on the canal, we’ve created a two-story oasis of greenery for you to relax in. Two spacious velvet sofas, an open kitchen with modern appliances, floor-to-ceiling windows, box-spring beds, a large bathroom with a wellness sauna and whirlpool, and a wooden terrace with comfortable garden chairs and loungers will make your holiday even more enjoyable.



Magenta TV and the Telekom fiber-optic network are included as standard features. In the evenings and on cold days, the fireplace in the living room spreads a cosy warmth throughout the entire house. We invite you to discover Nordhorn with its waterways and bike paths.



Your own insulated bike shed with a charging station for 4 e-bikes is, of course, at your disposal.



The cosy city centre area with its many cafés and restaurants, the Nordhorn Zoo, the large outdoor pool, the Sparta Nordhorn Tennis Club, and a skate park are all within easy walking distance.
