This centrally located studio is just a 5-minute walk from the iconic Frank Lloyd Wright Home and Studio, surrounded by beautiful historic homes and steps away from a variety of shops, cafés, and restaurants. Take in the stunning architecture on a scenic 10-minute walk to Downtown Oak Park, where you’ll find an even wider selection of dining, shopping, and entertainment.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS STUDIO IS LOCATED ON THE 2ND FLOOR AND REQUIRES CLIMBING APPROXIMATELY 12 STEPS TO ACCESS THE UNIT.

★★ GENERAL RULES ★ ★
Do not disrespect the Neighbors.

No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property. Smoking of any kind will result in an additional charge (listed below).

Do not have more guests (regardless of age) than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors. Any overnight visitors not on the reservation will be considered an additional guest for the reservation and will result in an additional guest fee (listed below).

No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10pm.

We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises.

We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.

We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. Shipping items that have been left behind will result in an additional charge (listed below). Items may be donated or disposed of at our discretion 2 days after your scheduled departure.

FEES: A $50 handling fee must be paid prior to any request for our staff to return a lost item left in the unit.
FEES: Lost TV remote control will result in a $25 Charge.
FEES: Unapproved Late Check Out fees: $75 for every 30 minutes past check-out.
FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 deodorization fee.
FEES: Tampering of any kind to the security systems, smoke detectors, noise monitoring device, exterior cameras or any other permanent electronic device in the effort to disable, damage, unplug or degrade the use of these systems will result in an immediate $250 charge.

★★ PET RULES ★★ Pets must be approved prior to booking. Dogs allowed. Cats allowed. NO BIRDS, HAMSTERS, MICE, OR ANY OTHER PETS. Pets must be added onto reservation as an additional guests and guests must pay an additional fee (listed below).

Pets are not allowed on the bed or furniture at anytime during the stay.
Pets must be taken out to do their business and not go inside the home or patio.
You MUST pick up after your pet. Pet cannot mark indoors.

FEES: Pet Rent is $65 for pets
FEES: Pet urinating inside will result in a $100 floor disinfecting charge.
FEES: Pet hairs found on sheets or furniture will result in $60 Charge.

Early Arrival after 2 PM CST for $40.00.
Super Early Arrival after 12:30 PM CST for $55.00.
Red-Eye Arrival any time after 9 AM CST for $100.00.

Late Check-out until 12 PM CST for $40.00.
Super Late Check-out until 1:30 PM CST for $55.00.
Mega Late Checkout any time until 5 PM CST for $100.
