With direct access to miles of wooded hiking and biking trails, but only 8 minutes to downtown Winston-Salem, it offers rare privacy with immediate access to downtown. This 3-bed, 2-bath home sleeps 6 comfortably (up to 10 with air mattress and futon) and is designed for quiet mornings, stillness, reconnection with nature, and true retreat.
Sitting just above a peaceful private pond and bordering Salem Lake Park, The Sanctuary offers direct access to miles of hiking and biking trails. Sip your morning coffee while watching the cows graze, then spend the day hiking / biking at Salem Lake before watching evening golden hour kiss the trees goodnight.
Despite the serene setting, you’re only eight minutes from downtown, offering the best of both worlds.
You will not find an escape like this like anywhere in the Triad. We're excited for you to see it!
