Fair warning: You might find it hard to Sea the Pointe of heading back to the daily grind after you spend your time relaxing at this luxuriously appointed vacation rental, located on a huge corner lot with idyllic views and a floating kayak dock on Davis Canal. Live your best life with your morning coffee or evening cocktail in hand as you lounge on the incredible three tiers of decks and covered porches, including a roof deck with views over the waterway to the Atlantic, or lay back and catch some rays on your very own private, sandy beach. With a private elevator available for those with mobility concerns and one dog allowed per stay, your entire family is truly welcome here.

Feel as though you are perched among the treetops as you gather in the living room, decorated in neutral tones that draw the eye outside to the horizon. If you tire of the view, turn your gaze to the big game or the latest blockbuster streaming on the oversized Smart TV instead. The dining table just beyond the living room seats six, with a further two bar stools at the adjacent breakfast bar. The gleaming white and silver kitchen offers an in-wall oven and separate gas range top, along with everything you need to prepare or serve your favorite recipes during your trip.

After dinner, head down the hall to the game room for a round of pool or electronic darts. Don’t worry – you can keep an eye on the game score while you socialize as this room also provides a Smart TV. There is also a well-stocked board game shelf to keep those with less hand-eye coordination entertained! Cozy sheepskin rugs, leather upholstered chairs and wooden rockers add a touch of old-world elegance to this modern and brightly lit space. A compact full bathroom with a step-in shower stall is attached to this room, and there is also direct access to the outside deck from this space.

Down the hall, the only bedroom on the first floor hosts a queen murphy bed that can be folded into the wall when not in use and also serves as a music room and office. Gather around the piano to sing a showtune or two together or warm up before heading to karaoke night. For those that can’t leave work or school completely behind during their getaway, the desk and chair offer a quiet spot to catch up with the real world.

On the second level, three suites with king beds each feature their own private attached bathroom. The first bedroom is incredibly spacious and considered the primary suite, with direct access to the second level covered porch and deck. A TV is provided for personal entertainment, and there is also a comfortable recliner if you’d rather curl up with a good book in the evenings. A short private hallway leads to two walk-in closets and a spa-like bathroom with a large step-in glass and tile shower with a built-in bench. A double vanity and a separate water closet affords space and privacy when getting ready. The final two bedrooms on this level have almost identical layouts to each other. In addition to the king bed, each room is also equipped with a TV and private ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. A laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer is also located on this level.

As beautiful as the interior of this home is, you’re sure to spend most of your time outside on the unique triple level decks. The small open rooftop deck is accessible via an external spiral staircase from the second level porch and offers truly breathtaking views to the sea along with a pair of captain’s chairs with built-in drink holders. The second level deck is accessible only from the interior of the home, with entry from the common hallway or the primary suite. A round glass-topped table and padded wicker chairs offer a spot to enjoy meals alfresco under the cover of the deck above. Or settle on a second pair of captain’s chairs and watch anglers cast their lines at Heron Lookout Park. On the main level, the expansive lower deck offers both shaded and open areas to enjoy as well. Take a nap in the hammock, stretch out on the pair of padded loungers, cuddle up on the outdoor sofa or serve up the catch of the day at the outdoor dining table seating eight after preparing it on the gas grill.

From this level you also have direct access to a spectacular backyard oasis. Palm trees flank a small sandy beach overlooking Davis Canal, complete with two lounge chairs. Nearby, a small floating dock with a ladder lets you fish in style or launch your kayak or paddleboard even when the tide is low. A brick walkway leads through a manicured wooded area that adds to the sense of privacy to the point of the lot, where a porch swing looks down the canal towards the park and the ocean. A large grassy expanse is also available for more games and activities. Under the home, you’ll also find a rinse-off shower with hot and cold water. A double driveway in the front offers plenty of space for all of your vehicles, and a covered ground-level patio leading to the entranceway offers a final outdoor seating arrangement.

When you’re ready to hit the sand, beach access is just around the corner, along with Kings Beachwear, Pepperoni Grill and the Middleton Park Complex. A two-minute drive or a ten-minute walk takes you from your doorstep to the sea, and no business on the island is more than a 12-minute drive away from this conveniently located home.
