This was an incredible location for exploring new hope and lambertville! We were a group of 5 staying for a girls weekend and this home was absolutely perfect. Spacious, clean, comfortable beds, and the perfect location for leaving your car parked for the weekend and walking the town. Alesia was so responsive, helpful, and accommodating. We would definitely stay again!

Everything was great! Everything was clean. Anything that was needed was there. Great location. Parking spot was included, which can be an issue in New Hope. Will stay at again.

Location location location!Easy to walk to everything in New Hope and Lambertville. The home comes with a parking spot which is key. We did not have time to use the outdoor spaces but there is a lovely patio that would be fun with a big group. We had a short weekend in New Hope and loved how easy it was to get everywhere we needed to be. This is a very charming historic home. The house is spread over a few floors but each floor was well designed. The very small turned staircases to reach each floor could be difficult for less mobile people or small kids. The bedrooms & baths were well sized and nicely appointed. The house also has the wall mounted ac units in each of the spaces so it was easy to keep the house comfortable on a very hot weekend. We will definitely be back!

Welcome! I'm a local homeowner who fell in love with New Hope's unique blend of history, charm, and natural beauty. I purchased and carefully enhanced this beautifully renovated historic home to create a comfortable retreat where guests can experience the best of the borough while enjoying a peaceful place to relax and recharge.

As a host, I focus on thoughtful details, cleanliness, and responsive communication. Whether you're visiting for a romantic getaway, a family celebration, or simply to explore Bucks County, my goal is to help you feel at home and enjoy everything this special area has to offer.

I take pride in creating a warm, welcoming experience and hope you'll make wonderful memories during your stay.

Why they chose this property

I chose this location because it offers something truly rare—the ability to enjoy both the vibrant energy of New Hope and the tranquility of a private creekside setting.

From the house, you can easily walk to New Hope’s (& Lambertville’s) restaurants, shops, galleries, theaters, and riverside attractions. Yet when you return, you’ll feel tucked away in your own peaceful retreat surrounded by historic architecture, mature landscaping, and the soothing sounds of nearby water.

New Hope is one of Bucks County’s most beloved destinations, known for its arts community, excellent dining, live entertainment, outdoor recreation, and small-town charm. Whether you’re exploring the Delaware River, attending a show, browsing local boutiques, or enjoying a meal at one of the area’s outstanding restaurants, everything is just minutes away.

For me, the combination of walkability, history, natural beauty, and vibrant local culture makes this neighborhood truly special.

What makes this property unique

This home combines historic character with modern comfort in a location that is difficult to match… and with private parking.

Originally built in the 1800s, the property features exposed stone walls, original architectural details, multiple living spaces, and unique creekside surroundings that reflect the rich history of New Hope. At the same time, guests enjoy modern amenities including updated bathrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, comfortable furnishings, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private hot tub (when in season).

Unlike many vacation rentals, the home offers several distinct gathering spaces, allowing families and groups to spend time together while still enjoying privacy. The 1st floor living room, lower-level family room, outdoor areas, and comfortable bedrooms create a relaxing atmosphere for both short getaways and extended stays.

Perhaps the most unique feature is the combination of historic charm, walkable access to downtown New Hope, and the peaceful setting along the creek—a rare blend that gives guests the best of both worlds.
