Newly built 3 BR house surrounded by tall pines allowed quick access to Maryland Mountain trails, Blackhawk/Central City, and Golden Gate Canyon State Park. House was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, and garage was very convenient. A couple of negatives were that door to garage does not close completely (several fasteners missing on hinges) and that a 3-tone warning kept sounding from the refrigerator.

Thank you for the follow up review. We will have the door looked at in the next couple days. The refrigerator warning is simply an indicator that the door was not fully closed.

Amazing set up. The host really cares for this gorgeous property. He was easily reachable and ensured I was set up. Clear expectations, and no crazy clean up/check out tasks. If the location and price match what you’re looking for, just book and move on to planning the rest of the trip. You’ll have the peace of mind knowing you’re in a great spot.
