Great hiking and biking are right outside your door. Eldora Ski Resort is only a 10 minutes away minute drive by car or bus. Enjoy live music? Nederland is known for it’s local music scene as well as larger bands at the 500+ person capacity Caribou Room, a premier concert venue and events center. Finally, we are pet-friendly and have a fully fenced in yard. Nederland is also home to some fun festivals periodically throughout the year. No other pets live on the property.
You will have full access to a private 1,500 sf residence with beautiful views of Barker Reservoir. Our building also houses our office/studio (downstairs) as well as one full-time residential tenant (also downstairs). All spaces are completely separate and private. This was an excellent property for a work retreat. Great kitchen amenities to prepare meals, and adequate space for small group discussions. Within a short walk of downtown Nederland, as well as the trails around Barker Reservoir. Just an overall perfect stay.
Owners are great to communicate with, they have thought of everything. Beautiful walk to town, great hiking in the area, gorgeous views from every room, and great location with easy access to skiing (about a 15 minute drive). We loved everything about it and will be back! Thank you for an amazing stay!
Beautiful lookout over the lake for your morning coffee! This place worked well for two couples. Ned was a fun little town to explore on foot, just a scenic drive away from Boulder and Estes Park. Lots of amenities we didn’t have time to use in this clean A-frame Colorado home away from home.
We had a wonderful stay at the Lakeview Lodge. The lodge is very spacious and has everything you need to enjoy your time in Nederland. The location is great and you can walk to town and the reservoir for a peaceful hike. The owner was very helpful and responsive. We will return to explore the area even more!
Jeff is terrific and very responsive to questions. Super courteous! Unusual layout and some varying floor levels took some getting use to but added to the charm/uniqueness. Great location, parking a bit sketchy for 2 vehicles due to sloping terrain. Overall a great stay.

Nederland Retreat
This charming house overlooks the lake in Nederland and is very clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything you need to cook and there are 2 dining room tables - 1 for casual and 1 for more formal dining. The bedrooms are nice with a kids loft and a big screen TV in a comfy living room to round out the experience.
This house is awesome and just like the pictures! We cooked a lot and their kitchen had everything and anything you needed. Watching the foxes play outside was a bonus. Loved walking across the street to Nederland. Locals were all very nice as well. Great location to everything. Boulder, Denver, Estes Park, Rocky Mountain National Park were all close to drive to. Loved it!

Sharon and Paul were great guests, left our place in excellent condition, many thanks! Come see us again anytime.
This house overlooks the town and the reservoir, and it truly does only take 5 minutes to walk. Which is good because the parking space is up a steep little hump and we only took the car for hikes. Town has everything including a Nepalese restaurant and a few great little coffeehouses, a grocery, rock shop, circus carousel…you name it. The home is spacious. Two bedrooms are also spacious with queen beds (one has a pull-up bar if you like to do chin ups before bed). Third BR (full futon) and loft are more for kids, so we just put our youngest adults in it. Kitchen well stocked with cooking things. Grill works great. Nice deck. Internet is fast & solid. We locked our keys inside one day and owners took care of it right away.
We had 2 families stay for a spring break ski trip. The 4 younger kids loved sleeping in the loft area, and said the fold out beds were comfortable. The house was about 10 minutes from Eldora, with easy access to groceries and everything we needed in Nederland. It does have a steep driveway. We wished it had a washer and dryer, but the laundrymat was only a couple minutes away. We did need to let the hotwater heater recharge after a few people took showers. each night. All in all, it was a good space to hang out and eat together after a day on the slopes.
This was a very nice clean lodge very close to town. Nederland is a small town with with lots of great places to eat, hike & site see. Communication with property owner was very good and they reacted to our request in an acceptable time frame.
We only had one issue with the outside deck area which is a need of repair. One of the steps gave way and broke when when we were walking to the lower patio. Thankfully no one was hurt.
The owner said they would fix it and intend to replace the deck In the near future.
Overall our family had a great day plenty of room plenty of amenities and would highly recommend this location.

Joe and family were excellent guests and took great care of our place. Many thanks for their graciousness concerning the step. We didn’t know it was that bad and have since replaced it. We appreciate their patience and understanding. The Lakeview Lodge is a quirky older home we have recently remodeled with a few remaining projects and always a work in progress.
The property was quaint, well cared for, spotlessly clean, and quite spacious. The views over the reservoir are great. It’s a short walk from the property to the town center, with great shops and restaurants. It was also easy to get to the other places we explored from the property in Nederland—Red Rocks, Estes Park/Rocky Mountain National Park, Boulder, and Denver. We would definitely stay here again.
Really cute little house, walking distance to town. Quirky fun layout, felt a little like the Weasley Burrow from HP. Super clean, comfy beds. Had a great stay.
We thoroughly enjoyed the house and the town of Nederland. The property was spacious and clean. Furnishings and layout of the house were very accommodating. Loved the fireplace! The fenced-in yard was great for pets. Checking in & out, as well as communication with the owners was easy. The town of Nederland was fun (and friendly) to walk around and go to restaurants and shops. Great overall location (30 minutes from Boulder and 1 hour to Estes Park/RMNP).
The house was perfect for our needs - easy to get to, very short drive to Eldora for skiing, plenty of beds for our family. Our kids especially enjoyed sleeping up in the loft and having access to Disney+ for movies. The house was clean and communication with Jeff was quick and easy. Thanks for a great stay!
We had a great ski vacation at Eldora. The house is very fun, and well-stocked. Convenient access to groceries and restaurants nearby.
Plenty of space and great for kids -- they loved the loft.
If staying in the winter, I recommend four wheel drive -- the driveway is steep, and got slippery after we got a few inches of snow.
We did laundry at the very nearby laundromat, which was pretty easy.
As a family we all had a wonderful time and look forward to visiting again in the future. I can see why the hosts are rated super hosts. The check-in process was great and we appreciated the binder with the check-out process.
Very well equipped kitchen, many basic ingredients were stocked. Super clean. Driveway is rough but workable. Thank you for opening up your cabin for others to enjoy!
Must stay house in a charming mountain town. Extremely convenient and located close to nature and town.
