Cozy apartment with a garden, terrace, and barrel sauna

Your apartment is small but charming. The new sauna house is an absolute highlight. It’s very elegant and newly furnished, completely renovated, and cosy. The beach access is only about 300 metres away, and the town centre is just a few minutes’ walk away.

You’ll find a hallway with a large closet, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a stylish living/dining/sleeping area.
The kitchen is fully equipped—except for the oven—with a microwave and stove.
The sofa bed is a comfortable hotel-quality bed (160x200 cm), where you’ll drift off to sleep in no time.

The largest town on the Fischland-Darß-Zingst Peninsula is a traditional seaside resort. In addition to sunbathing, swimming, and water sports like windsurfing, sailing, and kitesurfing, Zingst is above all an ideal starting point for long hikes and bike rides in the Vorpommern National Park. In town, you’ll find numerous small boutiques, supermarkets, toy stores, a pharmacy, a health food store, and much more.
The seaside spa town of Zingst is situated on a narrow strip of land between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden.

Please understand that pets are generally only permitted in selected apartments during the off-season, by prior arrangement, for a fee, and upon written confirmation from us, provided the pet is house-trained. Please also let us know the breed.
The sauna is available to you in the garden and costs 5 per half hour.

The apartment building “Haus am Strand” is located just about 200 m from the beautiful white Baltic Sea beach.

It is set back from the street and stands out for its quiet location.

The building features 5 holiday apartments and was completely renovated and refurnished in 2017.

The interior designer has given each apartment its own character and style, creating exclusive, bright, maritime-themed oases of comfort. The moment you step into the entryway, you’ll start to feel the holiday vibe.

The very spacious 3-room deluxe apartment is located on the ground floor. In addition to its 2 bedrooms and large living area, it also features 2 private terraces and direct access to the garden. Here, the whole family can relax and has plenty of space to spread out.

Also on the ground floor is the small but charming one-room apartment with a terrace and a separate entrance. The apartment is very cosy and perfectly suited for couples.

The two maisonette apartments on the upper floor each feature two bedrooms, a large living/dining area, a bathroom, and a balcony.

In addition, there is a bright, nautical-themed one-room apartment with a balcony on the upper floor.

Everyone feels right at home in our “House on the Beach,” as all apartments are equipped to a very high standard, lovingly furnished, and located close to the beach.
