Terrible. Zero stars. House layout was nice and what we needed for our family, However the house was poorly maintained with no working central air, and portable units (max of two due to electrical load) that only marginally were able to cool the room they were in. We specifically chose that property because it had central air, and we had small children that need sleep in cool conditions, and adults that need to sleep well. And we knew Colo Springs was going to be hot. The house was 81 degrees when we checked in at 1130 at night, and did not cool by 0100 to less than 79 degrees. We texted the issue immediately to the owner and they replied repeatedly that the AC would be fixed and they were sending someone. I noted after a day that the condenser and fan were not running at all, and finally was told by the management team it was a known issue and they were waiting on parts, which would not arrive during our stay. They did send a handyman to install added window units,, and after he had missed three time slots and disrupted our day, he arrived (very nice) and informed us again it was a known issue, the house was not insulated, and roof was not insulated (third floor was smoking hot), and the house could not handle added ac units due to electrical limitations And that was also known by owner. In addition to no AC, and house being 85-90 degrees during day, and 80-85 at night, there we several other indications of poor maintenance and poor management. There is more
