Welcome to Villa Point Vacation Rentals! Escape to the perfect family vacation destination! Our home boasts a prime location with breathtaking views of Pikes Peak. With over 3,600 sqft of living space, our home offers plenty of room to relax and unwind. Four of our bedrooms glimmer with king sized beds, to maximize your comforts while on vacation. Accompanied by 2x queen beds and a bunk room for all the kids!
Take advantage of our relaxing deck with unobstructed, awe-inspiring views of Pikes Peak and enjoy outdoor meals with our dinning patio furniture. If indoor entertainment is more your style, head down to the walk-out basement, complete with a 7’ pool table, Pacman Arcade machine, 70" Smart TV, upgraded cable, and access to Netflix and other streaming services for personalized entertainment.
There's even a 60" 4K TV in the master bedroom and a cozy fireplace to enjoy some quality time with the family.
We provide resort quality soap amenities in all of our bathrooms so you don't need to worry about bringing any from home! Each of the four bathrooms will include: shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. A luxury that not a whole lot of rentals have in the springs.
Let your kids (and dogs!) run around in our spacious enclosed backyard while you enjoy high-speed internet, with an impressive average download speed of 686 Mb/s and upload speed of 43 Mb/s.
Our home also features a fully stocked kitchen, board games, and comfortable couches perfect for lounging around, sipping on your morning coffee, and admiring the stunning views. The layout of the bedrooms is perfect for families of all sizes, with a primary king bedroom, secondary king bedroom upstairs, and a queen bedroom with mountain views on the upper level. The main level has a king bedroom ideal for grandparents, and the basement includes a kid friendly bunk bed room and trundle (stocked with plenty of toys!) and a 4th king bedroom with large windows that let in plenty of natural light!
Our home offers easy access to the all natural Ute Valley Park, with the trail entrance just steps away from the house, and Pinon Valley Park, a neighborhood favorite with a playground, basketball court, and open fields. We're just a 5 minute drive away from the spectacular Garden of the Gods, 15 minutes from the world famous Five Diamond Broadmoor Hotel, and only 20 minutes from the Air Force Academy.

Why they chose this property
Colorado Springs ended up being exactly what I was looking for. Great people, great weather, numerous tourist and outdoor activities (and for me) somewhat off the grid, but retaining the comforts & conveniences from home such as Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Chipotle and Costco.
The house has a very spacious layout with tons of natural light and high vaulted ceilings in the living room with massive windows. You can easily fit multiple families in this home without feeling crammed.
The city itself has a great downtown with many local restaurants and pubs.
