Eine sehr gute Finca mit viel Platz und einem sehr schönen gepflegten Garten. Es war alles vorhanden und sauber was man braucht.Als Anregung könnte ich empfehlen vielleicht 1 bis 2 größere Töpfe und Pfannen in der Küche da ja meist doch eine größere Personenzahl mietet. Außerdem könnte am Pool mehr Schatten vorhanden sein d.h. 1 bis 2 Sonnenschirme mehr wären gut. Ansonsten hat uns der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen.

Haus und Pool sind zwar schon etwas älter, aber es war sauber. Die Gartenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen! Kleiner Tipp: die Zufahrtsstrasse gibt es auf keinem Navi, wir haben uns die Kreuzung an der Hauptstraße abgespeichert. Würden wieder hinfahren.

Die Villa war wirklich sehr schön! Sie liegt inmitten eines Naturschutzgebietes! Absolut ruhig und sehr schön. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut! Es war alles da was man so braucht! Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Nach einem herzlichen Empfang des Verwalters haben wir eine für uns ideale Finca vorgefunden. Sehr ruhige Lage und eine ausgezeichnet gepflegte Parkanlage. In der Finca war alles nötige vorhanden. Da wir Sonntags angereist sind war der Kuhschrank sogar mit den nötigsten Dingen bestückt. Danke für den schönen Urlaub.

Wunderschöne Anlage, Komfort veraltet

Wunderschöne und riesige Parkanalge. Das Haus ist eigentlich sehr schön und landestypisch, leider ist die Einrichtung sehr in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt einige Sanierungen. Die Duschen waren alle verstopft und der Pool wird leider nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses ließ leider sehr zu wünschen übrig, soll aber wohl nach Anmeekung gründlich nachgeholt werden. Die Küchenausstattung ist ebenfalls sehr veraltet und bedarf Überholung, es war aber alles da, was man braucht. Insgesamt eine schöne Finca.

Kære Vrbo, vi har været meget tilfredse med opholdet, MEN manden der skulle vise os til rette, da vi ankom, var, undskyld mit sprog, superhamrende irriterende. Han talte ikke engelsk og hans tyske var ganske umuligt at forstå. Han blev i huset i 1 1/2 efter vi ankom, det var alt for længe, og begyndte at vise os, hvor gryderne stod i køkkenskabet ect., det var spild af alles tid Udover dette kom han to gange ind i huset og om på terrassen, uden varsel. Det blev jeg meget meget vred over. Det er uhørt, at man har indtrængen i sin feriebolig, uden aftale. Udover den tåbelige person, som tog imod os på feriestedet, så var alt godt. Jeg ringede til ejeren af huset, og han var meget venlig Med venlig hilsen Lone Lunau

Traumhafter Urlaub

Tolles Haus mit wunderschönem Garten. Herrlich angelegt und ideal zum Entspannen. Besser geht es kaum! Das Haus hat alles was man im Urlaub braucht: Klimaanlage, Fernseher, etc. Die Entfernung zum Meer war ok. Die Bucht von Alcudia wunderschön! Wir kommen wieder! Zum Weiterempfehlen!

zum 2ten Mal Traumurlaub.....wir kommen wieder

Wir waren bereits letztes Jahr (2011) da, zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder, wir waren so begeistert und zufrieden, dass wir sofort wieder gebucht haben. Diesmal zu acht, vier Erwachsene und vier Kinder, hatten ausreichend Platz, wunderbare Ausstattung, alles was das Herz begehrt ist im Haus. Super Vermieter, super Hausverwalter. Alles ist schnell zu erreichen Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants u.v.m.(Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert) Alles ist super gepflegt, der Garten man kann schon sagen der Park, hier wird viel Wert auf die Pflege gelegt, alles ist mit viel Liebe gemacht und auch das Haus ist wunderbar. Sind erst seid 3 Tagen wieder in Deutschland und haben bereits für 2013 angefragt. Werden langsam zu Stammgästen : ) Wir freuen uns schon auf 2013 in der Finca Don Alberto!!! Ein dickes Lob und ein dickes Danke Schön!!!

Traumfinka in toller Umgebung

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in dieser Finka verbracht. Super Anbindung zum Strand, Supermarkt etc. Die 6 km Fahrtstrecke zum Strand sind auch schon Erholung in dieser tollen Umgebung!!!
