We stayed for a family gathering and were pleased with everything. The house was better than described, thoughtful touches made our stay even more special. The location is perfect at the end of a peaceful street. Would 10/10 stay again.

This house was perfect for our family. Great location, beautiful view and we loved the swimming pool. The owners made sure this house was properly stocked with all the essential items needed. Highly recommend.

Property was great, I highly recommend it and would stay there again. House was clean and the view of the canal is fantastic. The upstairs balcony with bed swing was my favorite. The pool is lit blue at night, my kids loved this place and the outdoor shower is key. 15 min walk to the beach or a 5 minute drive. The beach was also great. The house is very kid friendly and has everything you could think of, kitchen is very well stocked. We had a slight hiccup the day we arrived. There was an issue with the AC but the host made accommodations immediately and sent someone out the next day. Host is very forthcoming and responds very quickly. We made some great memories and highly recommend this stay.

Staying at Canal Breeze was a vacation like no other. If you’re looking for a private laid back vacation that also feels luxury this is the spot!! The location of this home is unbeatable it sits at the end of a dead end road on the bay. Which provided us complete privacy while swimming and sitting on the decks. The endless options of decks gave us spots to eat our dinner, have coffee, and the deck off the primary sweet allowed us to step into the beach air after just waking up. The pool is HUGE and clearly maintained to perfection. The lighting in the pool gave such a luxury relaxing feel during our night swims. There are so many thoughtful details like the pool lightings that push this home from great to a one of a kind experience. The string lights outside really change the atmosphere of being outside at night. With everything lit up it allowed us to swim eat and fish at night. Having a private dock was a HUGE plus. You can get out of the pool go throw in a fishing pole or crab trap then jump right back in your own pool. We caught different fish and tons of crabs. We got to watch alligators, birds, fish, and even deer. The walk to the beach was a nature walk over the bay where we got to see more alligators birds and fish! The home was extremely clean and organized. The owners of this property are the kindest most communicative hosts I’ve ever had. They were extremely quick to reply to any questions and gave us tons of recommendations on how to enjoy Oak Island.
