About this property

A modern, spacious apartment that can accommodate 1 to 3 people, located in a quiet residential neighborhood

We have been renting out this apartment, which features above-average amenities, as a holiday rental since 2022. The apartment has two bedrooms: a large bedroom with a double bed, a large closet, a couch, and a desk; and a smaller bedroom with a single bed, storage space, and a desk. In addition, the apartment features a large bathroom (with two sinks, a toilet, a shower, and a bathtub), a separate guest bathroom, and a spacious living and dining area with a modern built-in kitchen.
Outside, you’ll find a partially covered terrace with a dining area and a small garden.
The apartment was furnished with great attention to detail. Special emphasis was placed on both aesthetic appeal and functionality.

Beautiful apartment

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and a great place to walk. We'd stay again if we come back to the area.
