House was very nice perfect for a large amount of people, walking distance to the water. Short drive to weirs beach and a bunch of other restaurants and attractions. Greg the host was very nice and had great communication. Would highly recommend and rent again.

Communication with Greg was excellent throughout the entire process. He checked in with us two days into our stay to ensure everything was going great. Loon Haven in Southdown is an excellent family vacation, offering all the best amenities within walking distance to Lake Winnipesaukee. The home is nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and plenty of sleeping space for the family. We look forward to returning next year. Tim H.Tewksbury, MA
