About this property

Family villa in Gaou Benat, just 99 meters from the private beach

On the private, gated grounds of Domaine Gaou Bénat, you can enjoy a relaxing holiday in this detached villa with 130 m² of living space.

From the spacious terrace, you’ll have a breathtaking view of the ocean; the private beach is just a short walk of about 100 metres away.

The villa is fully furnished and features a shaded outdoor dining area, a small pétanque court, and two outdoor showers.

Two private parking spaces are available for your use.

Please note that, due to the nature-integrated design of the entire complex, our house also features the associated characteristics (low walls, some areas without railings, steep stairs, some with uneven surfaces). This house is therefore not suitable for children under 6 years of age or people with limited mobility.
The price for the accommodation includes towels and bed linens; in other words, when you arrive, the beds will already be made for you.
