Ideally located, the house and its garden face the sea.Direct access to the sea by a little passage just in front of the house. You can easily reach the seashore and a pontoon by a private footpath. The house is only 35 m. away from the seashore and 200 m. from the private beach.
The house has its own swiming-pool (10x5 m) and pool house, with splendid views facing the bay of Gaou Benat and the islands. Tennis in the domaine.Private parking:3 or 4 cars. Safe and easy access with no steps.

We are a family with 4 kids and this is our home where we love to meet, relax and enjoy the sea without taking the car.

Why they chose this property

Domaine de la Ris is a unique and exclusive environment. In this beautiful and quiet place stands our house, surounded with only 26 other properties.The bay is protected from the wind and it's an ideal place for motor boat since there is a private pontoon and a place to store the material. The poll ant the terrace are oriented to the south and views are exceptionals. The domain has restricted access and a caretaker's lodge.

Relaxing on the terrace in front of the Gaou bay, surrounded by a generous and full of fragrance nature.
