The villa is set among olive and citrus groves spanning about 3 hectares, with centuries-old trees surrounding the house—perfect for walks and enjoying the countryside. Guests also have access to a private organic garden. The pool is open from May through the end of October.



Within 10 km you can visit Castelbuono, Petralia Soprana, Gangi, and the Madonie Natural Park. Nature tours with local guides can be arranged in the park; the area offers many traditional restaurants and wineries. In winter, snowshoe excursions are possible. Six parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are welcome. Any events must be agreed upon in advance with the owner and may incur additional costs. The Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls.
