*Guests have pool towels at their disposal, while heating the pool with a heat pump is available on request from May to October for an additional €154 per week. Note: the water temperature depends on weather conditions (available from 01.05. to 31.10.)!Villa Bella Vista is a modern villa with a stunning panoramic sea view. The villa features a private pool and jacuzzi - perfect for relaxing during summer days and evenings.The villa is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a relaxation room with a billiard table, an infrared sauna with shower, an exercise bike, and a multifunctional fitness machine. On the first floor, there are four bedrooms and four bathrooms, providing maximum comfort for all guests. In the garden, there is also a barbecue, perfect for pleasant evening moments.The villa’s surroundings offer plenty of activities for all ages and interests. Nature lovers can enjoy walking or cycling through picturesque Istrian landscapes, vineyards, and olive groves, while families can spend the day at the nearby beach, just 1.5 km from the villa. If you are interested in culture and history, we recommend visiting charming towns such as Rovinj, Poreč, Motovun, and Labin. For gastronomy enthusiasts, local towns offer traditional Istrian specialties, local wines, and olive oil in numerous restaurants and taverns.
