Welcome to this spacious 2 bedroom townhome at the base of the foothills with easy access to Horsetooth, Lori State Park, and all the surrounding trails!



Take a tour:

-There are 2 designated parking spaces directly in front of the front door.

-Enter through the front door into the dining room on the right with seating for 4

-Past the dining room you'll find a fully stocked kitchen on the right and to the left a half bath on the main level

- Next you'll step into the living room where you'll find a spacious sectional couch where you can move sections around to create your ideal space

Second Floor

- At the top of the stairs you'll find the laundry room with detergent and dryer sheets provided

- Both bedrooms have queen beds and a wall mounted smart tv

- Full bathroom with tub and shower. You can enter the bathroom through either the upstairs hallway or a second door from the primary bedroom.
