In the evening, unwind on the deck by the fire pit under string lights before retreating to a cozy, thoughtfully designed space.

Set in a quiet neighborhood just blocks from Old Town Square and steps from Lee Martinez Park, you’ll have easy access to open green space, river trails, restaurants, coffee shops, and CSU. Park once and explore Fort Collins the way it’s meant to be experienced — on foot or by bike.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Elevated balcony with seating for two; backyard deck with lounge seating, gas grill, fire pit, and two complimentary bikes

INDOOR LIVING: Smart TV with complimentary Netflix, bar-top seating for 3, ceiling fan, blackout shades, Tempur-Pedic queen bed

KITCHEN: Well-equipped kitchenette with sink and refrigerator, cooking basics, dishware and flatware, plus complimentary coffee, tea, creamer, and sweetener

BATHROOMS: ¾ bathroom with walk-in shower. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, shared washer/dryer in main house, linens/towels, keyless entry, heating, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.

PARKING: One designated space with additional street parking available.

PET POLICY: Dogs Welcome...We love dogs! However... all pets must be pre-approved (no aggressive breeds) and a pet fee will be due at booking. Unapproved pets and excessive barking or aggression are grounds for removal of pets from the property or eviction of tenants.

NOTE: This carriage home is located behind the primary residence above the garage and is accessed via one flight of exterior stairs.
