Papepp Beach Holiday House

The Pa Pepp holiday home has a beautiful lake and mountain view and is only 20 m from the idyllic pebble beach. The holiday home is situated on a gentle, sunny slope with a spacious garden with olive trees and fruit trees, such as lemons, apples and grapefruits - garden fenced. The Pa Pepp holiday home is located at the southern end of Acquaseria. A short walk brings you to the
with shopping facilities and restaurants. The shore road is above. In the neighbourhood are residential houses and a stream.

There are beaches and numerous bathing possibilities along the shore path.

The modern furnished living area with side kitchen has an additional living gallery with a beautiful view of Lake Como.

You also have a gigantic view from the living area and the double bedroom.
There is sleeping accommodation in one double and one twin bedroom. The light wood laminate and tiles in the kitchen/bathroom make everything very friendly and invite you to stay. The landlady is a hobby artist and brings in her creativity.

The double room on the lake side has access to the balcony. The twin room is on the side. The bathroom is bright and modern and equipped with a shower.

Under the house is a cellar and storage area of the landlord.
From the uphill side, 3-4 steps lead to the large light-flooded living and dining area with living gallery and side kitchen and wide balcony facing the lake.

The landlord family Fausto lives in the neighbourhood and is accommodating and easy to reach. The garden adjoins Fausto's house and is mostly used alone.
On the neighbouring property is the Maccale holiday flat, which can also be rented, ideal for a holiday with friends.

The garage is about 80 m away on foot, short-term parking is possible at or near the house.

The accommodation is perfect, as well for adults as children. The vue over the Comolake is incredible. We spent a lovely time in the holidayhouse and went visiting the villages nearby with the bus or the boat. The best holiday ever!

Sehr netter Vermieter , Herr Fausto Venini! Ein kleiner Willkommensgruß mit Pasta , Pesto, Kaffee stand bereit. Im Kühlschrank befand sich Spumante. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war top, alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.

Tolles Gesamtpaket. Wir fühlten uns im Ferienhaus PaPepp zum dritten Mal sehr wohl. Herzlicher Empfang mit lokalen Köstlichkeiten von allseits hilfsbereiten Vermietern. Modernes, sauberes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in toller Lage direkt am See. Frühstück oder Abendessen auf schönem Balkon oder im Garten unter Bäumen mit Seeblick kein Problem. Sonnenbaden am Strand oder im eigenen Garten in privater Ruhe ist möglich. Kleiner Tante Emma Laden mit Backwaren und Pizzeria zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Wohlfühlen.
