Schönes Haus mit moderner Einrichtung

War Anfang März bis Anfang April dort. Schönes, renoviertes Haus mit moderner Einrichtung. Haus war wie beschrieben (außer dem Pool, den gab es nicht). Ich war vorwiegend zum Arbeiten dort. WLAN hatte keine Probleme. Dieses Frühjahr war recht kühl. Nachteil war, dass die zwei Heizkörper im EG nicht funktionierten und die Kombi Klima/Heizung für das EG nicht ausreichte. Die Verwaltung des Hauses hat mir aber ein Heizgerät vorbeigebracht. Auch hatte die Verwaltung kleinere Mängel sofort reparieren lassen. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Ist zu empfehlen.

Erste Feriengäste im renovierten Haus

Wir waren die ersten Gäste und konnten dieses schöne Haus im top renovierten und ausgestatteten Zustand nutzen. Die Lage ist fantastisch mit nur wenigen Minuten zum Strand. Das Haus selbst ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail und wirklich allem was man braucht. Der Garten war (noch) nicht komplett umzäunt (wie im Inserat angegeben), so dass unser Hund auf die nahe Straße hätte laufen können. Das größte Manko war leider die Temperatur im Haus, es war meist kälter als draußen und wir mussten konstant die Klimaanlagen laufen lassen, um zu heizen. Die lieferte aber auch nur eine begrenzte Heizleistung, so dass es dauerhaft sehr kühl war. Die Heizkörper im Haus haben nicht funktioniert, dies wurde (noch) nicht in unserer Zeit behoben. Der persönliche Check-in und die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr gut und freundlich, auch mit dem Vermieter. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.
