Designed for 2,we can accommodate your 3rd guest with a premium folding bed.Enjoy slow mornings and explore the Upper Valley.We are steps from Huntley Field and situated on the 2 mile Norwich walking loop(Thanksgiving Turkey Trot course!)as well as just minutes from the Saturday Norwich Farmers Market.An easy stroll takes you to Dan and Whit’s General Store.Ample room available in the cottage entry boot room for bicycle and gear storage.Simple, peaceful and perfectly located.Please note there are stairs to climb to get to the second floor studio, you must be able to navigate stairs.Owners reside on the property and are here to help if needed.

This is a wonderful place. Every detail is perfectly considered and the property is immaculate and extremely well appointed. The hosts are gracious and considerate. Great location. Will absolutely be back. Highly recommended!

This was a wonderful property in a great location in Norwich. A very short drive to Dartmouth College, as well as the King Arthur Baking Company. The cottage had everything that one could need and with so many thoughtful touches. The owners couldn’t be nicer or more responsive. Can’t wait to stay again!
