2-room flat on 1 floor, 75 m2. Balcony, east facing position, with lake and mountain view. Entrance with wardrobe. Bright, cosy living/dining room with 2 wall cupboard beds (90x200). Double room with double bed, bath/WC/lavabo, separate guest toilet. Radio, TV and telephone. Free WLAN connection. Kitchen with hatch to living room, with oven and dishwasher. Nespresso coffee machine. Fondue and raclette can be rented free of charge at the reception. Garage parking available for a fee (Fr. 5.-- per day in summer and Fr. 8.-- per day in winter). Ski and boot room for shared use. Non-smoking flat.


Facility:

The house is located in the center of Silvaplana. Lake, cross-country ski trail, bus stop, restaurants and shops are nearby. The aerial cableway Corvatsch is 5 minutes away by bus.

The Chesa Munteratsch allows a nice holiday and offers comfortable apartments, some with balcony or garden. Enjoy the wonderful view over the lakes and mountains.

All apartments are equipped with telephone, radio, TV and some are equipped with dish-washer. The house has a lift and parking.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Ich fühlte mich sehr wohl und wie zuhause. Die Lage ist ideal für ÖV und auch bei schlechtem Wetter ist es immer möglich um den See zu laufen in unmittelbarer Nähe oder ein Museum zu besuchen. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber das Notwendigste ist da. Super ist auch die Brotlieferung....und der Volg im Dorf.... Ich werde wieder kommen und es Anderen weiter empfehlen. Preisleistung ist auch für kleinere Budget möglich. Vielen Dank. Esther H. aus Zürich

Sehr schöne, helle Wohnung mit Blick auf den See.Das Badezimmer ist neu renoviert und das Lavabo bietet viel Abstellplatz.Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Decken kuschelig.Im Korridor und im Wohnzimmer hat es viel Raum, um Kleider und anderes zu verstauen. Die Küche ist etwas klein, aber genügte uns, da wir nur 2 Personen waren. Am Empfang sorgte man sich um all unsere Wünsche und wir konnten sogar Brot für den nächsten Tag bestellen !
