2BR 2BA @ THE LONG BEACH RESORT!! 1st Floor Tower 3 Gulf Front Condo!

Long Beach is located on sugar white beaches in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort is gated with 24 hour on site security. It is near family entertainment, golf, restaurants, shopping, and more. From your balcony you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view with breathtaking sunsets, accessible from the living area and both bedrooms (see floor plan below).

Lounge and swim at any of our three pools with hot tubs, including a 6500 square foot lagoon pool with island water falls. There is also an on-site rental facility for jet-ski and para-sail activities.

Parking fee is $20.00+tax, per stay, per vehicle, which is included in the reservation. At least one guest must be 25 years old to rent this property.

This property was the perfect size for my family. Views of the beach were perfection from the balcony, living room and both bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this property again.

Low level and close to boardwalk made it very easy to access the beach from this unit. The floor to ceiling windows from every room make for a beautiful view. Owner was responsive when needed. Enjoyed the nice seating on the balcony, and kitchen was stocked with what we needed to cook meals in the unit.

Never had to wait more than 30 secs for the elevator, granted I believe it's rather slow this time of the year. Condo was clean and had plenty of dishware if you had many guests. Pool is always a great place to be but also has immediate beach access. The hangout bar has great music and food. Would definately staybhere again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bedrooms would not get cool and Emerald Coast said it was because we had the air turned too low. That was untrue.

The condo was conveniently located on 1st floor, which is really the 2nd floor of the building. It was decorated with beach items that made you feel right at home. We enjoyed the condo and the surrounding area. This was our groups 6 the time at Long Beach and would recommend the Long Beach Resort. We had trouble opening the slider door but called and reported it. They sent someone to fix it quickly. Overall pretty pleased with units except housekeeping needs to be better about cleaning the floors. Move in day, those of us walking bare foot and in socks had very dirty feet and socks.
