With private beach access, you can go from doorstep to shoreline in minutes. Spend your mornings walking in the sand, your afternoons fishing on the nearby pier, and your evenings soaking in unbeatable sunset views over the Intracoastal.

Relax on the spacious back porch as boats drift by, or unwind in the private hot tub while soaking in the evening sky. For the adventurers, two kayaks are included with multiple launches nearby.

Lovely house, everything was as pictured. Private beach entrance was directly across the street - beach was quiet even though we were there over a weekend. It was fun to hop between the beach and kayaking, very convenient to launch from the little walkway at the back of the property. We also enjoyed our walk down seaview fishing pier - the views are spectacular and watching the dolphins was a highlight.

This was our first trip to Topsail Island, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seas The Day on North Topsail. The location was ideal with private beach access, and we sat out on the back deck every evening enjoying the intracoastal water views. The home was very clean and cozy, just the right amount of space for my husband and I. The hot tub was an added bonus, and we enjoyed relaxing and watching the sunsets. Whitney was a great host, responding back quickly to inquiries. She checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We felt right at home, had a great time and will definitely plan a return trip to Seas The Day.

Whitney is a coastal local that grew up on the beaches of Topsail Island and Kyle is a Chicago native who loves all things Chicago Sports, Go Cubs Go!
