Exclusive vacation apartment in wonderful natural surroundings at the Alter Kräuterhof

<br>Enjoy our friendly and cosy holiday maisonette apartment on the upper floor of our Kräuterhof. It has been completely renovated and lovingly furnished.<br>The apartment is designed for 4–6 people but can accommodate up to 8 people with an additional room. <br><br>It features a large bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a spacious hallway. <br>The living area features a spacious kitchen and dining set, as well as a couch and TV area. <br>The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, hob, oven, and refrigerator.<br><br>There is also a cosy nook that offers two sleeping or lounging spots.<br>A travel cot and a high chair are available for younger children.<br><br>There is also a storage room for bicycles or skis and a washing machine.<br><br>Our farm is surrounded by a 5,000-square-meter, fully fenced property, which is perfect for children and dogs to run around. <br>We, our children, and our two Swiss Mountain Dogs, Sina and Yuna, are happy to welcome dogs as guests.<br><br>We also have rabbits, guinea pigs, and chickens living with us on our herb farm.<br><br>Upon request, our chickens will gladly provide a fresh breakfast egg, and we’ll provide the rolls to go with it.<br><br>Our guests are welcome to spend time in the garden. In the summer, a private seating area is provided. In the winter, we host mulled wine evenings with homemade traditional stollen in the pavilion on select weekends.<br><br>Since we live in a beautiful natural setting, there are wonderful cross-country skiing and hiking opportunities right outside our front door. <br><br>The Fichtelberg and Keilberg ski areas are about a half-hour drive away. Smaller local ski lifts are located within a 10-minute radius.<br><br>Towels and bed linens are provided.<br><br>The final cleaning fee is charged separately at 50€ and is payable on site.<br>Dogs are welcome here for 5€ per dog per night; this fee is also charged and paid on site.<br>Additional costs, such as for breakfast service, are not included in the total price.
