Nestled in the quiet town of Proctor, VT, our home is located in a well established, local neighborhood where you'll find it easy to relax with the whole family.

Our home makes a perfect basecamp whether you are visiting to hike, bike, fish, hunt, swim, boat, ski, snowboard, or take in the beautiful fall colors while touring the VT countryside, our home's central location will be the perfect place to come home to after your days adventures!

Centrally located, Proctor offers the perfect location for your New England vacation.

A few items to note:
Pico is about 20 minutes away and Killington another 10 minutes beyond Pico.
Enjoy hiking and biking right out your door or drive a short distance in any direction to find other trails to explore.
Lake Bomoseen is an easy 20 minute drive and has great day use areas as well as boat rentals.
Several Long Trail access points within driving distance.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
There is a clothes hamper in the upstairs hall closet. Please use this for the towels and used linens on checkout day, thank you.
When checking out, please ensure that the A/C is off and the thermostat is returned to 62 depending on the season. This helps me keep my prices low, thank you.
