Very happy with our five night stay in mid-May. House is strikingly beautiful inside and in backyard. Nice landscaping. Easy walking distance to the beach via the footbridge. Spacious rooms. Nice screened porch. Ample parking off street in driveway. A few restaurants within a half-mile or so. Route to downtown has good sidewalk and bike lanes. Numerous high quality restaurants in town and at Perkins Cove. Quiet neighborhood, at least while we were there. Property manager and owner were very responsive.
