The cottage is located at Beach Dreams, a gated seasonal community open from May 1 to October 31, that houses a large pool, hot tub, bball hoop, tennis court, pickleball and fitness center.

This cheerful cottage is located close to everything - Just a mile from the stunning Atlantic Ocean, this retreat is ideally located for beach lovers and outdoor enthusiasts alike - - 1.5 miles(m) to the beach, 3m to Ogunquit, and 9m to Kennebunkport. Whether you enjoy swimming, kayaking, or simply beachcombing, there are plenty of activities to fill your days. Afterward, unwind in the game room or relax in the hot tub under the stars.

This cozy cottage has a well equipped kitchen, seating in main living area as well as sun-filled three season room, two bedrooms, one bathroom (shower/tub combo), and washer and dryer. Bedroom one has a queen sized bed while bedroom two has a bunkbed with pull out trundle (two singles and a full sized bed).

Location was great, amenities were great. Place was as advertised. There were a lot of house items that made the place feel like you were at home.The downfalls were an out of order dishwasher for a family of four making meals. The complete lack of a shade on the slider or the outside door on the porch allowing anyone to see completely inside the house. The mildew smell on the porch made it impossible to leave the slider open or even utilize the room, other than a place to put our luggage. Box fan in the bedroom was broken. Mattress were so hard we had to add blankets to the bed as a padding.I know that seems like a lot wrong, but we did still love the location and love staying at beach dreams. These are things that can be corrected.
