Both ease and comfort await at this spacious Vail condo, ideally located adjacent to the Vail Golf Club/Vail Nordic Center. This is a haven for outdoor adventure, with a beautiful terrace, a roaring fire, and a lovely view of the mountains waiting for you at home each afternoon.

This condo sits on the fourth floor of Fallridge, a complex that's enviably situated on the first tee of Vail Golf Club's PGA Championship course. You'll be just over a mile from ski lifts, great restaurants, and all sorts of shops in the heart of Vail Village, which is easily reached via the free Town of Vail shuttle. The free shuttle service will bring you directly to the Golden Peak Ski Lift. (Pool close for summer 2026) a day of activity, enjoy access a hot tub, a game room with foosball and Ping-Pong, and a conference room on the grounds.

Leave your car in the secure underground parking, take the elevator upstairs, and make yourself at home in this extra-spacious floor plan. On summer afternoons, you can dine alfresco as the alpenglow settles over the mountains. Come winter, make yourself a mug of hot cocoa, and find a favorite movie to screen in the living room.

Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area for family meals, and two inviting bedrooms - each with its own TV, attached bathroom, and direct access to the terrace. A sleeper sofa provides extra accommodations as well.
