Welcome to Haus Adria
This one-room apartment is located in Scharbeutz and can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child.
The modern living/sleeping area features a sleeper sofa (1.80 x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV, and a dining area. The built-in kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic cooktop, and an oven. In the hallway/entryway, there is an IKEA Hemnes daybed. Here, you can retreat to read, or a third person can sleep here (one person only; the bed does not have a second mattress).
On the south-facing, secluded loggia, an awning provides protection from excessive sunlight. Here, you can make yourself comfortable and not only wind down the day with a glass of wine.
In the basement, there is a coin-operated washing machine and dryer.
You’ll find a parking space right next to the building. The building features a swimming pool with a counter-current system. Pets are not allowed in this apartment. This is a non-smoking apartment. There is no Wi-Fi available in this apartment!
You can reach the beach, 200 metres away, via a public staircase on a slope.


Complex:

The Adria house is located on a hill between Scharbeutz and Timmendorfer Strand. The Kammerwald forest is right outside the door. The Ostsee-Therme spa is about 700 metres away. The beach is just 150 metres away, and the town centre is a 15-minute walk. Enjoy the evening sun on the secluded loggias with a view over the rooftops of Scharbeutz.

A small swimming pool, as well as a washing machine and dryer, are available to guests in the building. Parking spaces are available in front of the building for each apartment.
