Parkblick Apartment 11 welcomes you to an attractive location in the popular town of Timmendorfer Strand on the Baltic Sea coast. The apartment is located on the second floor (32 steps) of a well-maintained multi-unit building not far from the beach and stands out for its comprehensive amenities and well-thought-out floor plan. With a spacious living area of 67 m² (spread over 2 floors), divided into three rooms, this apartment offers ideal conditions for families or up to four people looking to enjoy a relaxing stay.

The apartment features two separate bedrooms, each offering space to relax and unwind. The lower bedroom, with a sloped ceiling, features a double bed (2x80x200 cm) and ensures a restful night’s sleep after an eventful day.

In the lower living area, comfortable seating, a sofa, an armchair, and a wardrobe create a cosy atmosphere. The open kitchen, which blends seamlessly into the living room, is equipped with high-quality appliances and has everything you could need: A ceramic cooktop, oven, small refrigerator with an integrated freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, hand mixer, and a wide range of kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware are at your disposal. This ensures you’re perfectly equipped for an independent stay and for preparing all your meals. The dining area also blends seamlessly into the room’s design.

From the living room, a staircase (13 steps) leads to an open loft. Here you’ll find a large closet, an armchair, a table, and a small balcony. The second bedroom, which has a sloped ceiling and is furnished with two single beds (2x 0.90 m x 2.00 m), is located in the upper area.

The bathroom, located on the lower level, features a modern design and is equipped with a shower stall (entry height approx. 30 cm), a hair dryer, and a mirror. An iron, ironing board, and clothes rack are also provided for your use.

The lower, private balcony (south-facing), furnished with patio furniture, invites you to linger, have breakfast, or relax in the fresh air. From here, you can enjoy the surroundings in a peaceful atmosphere. Entertainment is provided by a TV, a hi-fi system, CD and DVD players, and Wi-Fi. This makes it possible to enjoy both relaxing evenings and flexible work.

The beach is just a few metres away, so swimmers and walkers can reach the water in no time. Shopping options are also within walking distance. The child-friendly design of the accommodation not only benefits families but also ensures a relaxing stay for guests with children. Nearby playgrounds, amusement park attractions, and a peaceful setting in a bay provide variety and safety. The numerous sports activities—such as sailing, swimming, fishing, hiking, mini-golf, biking, jogging, yoga, and mountain biking—offer a wide range of recreational options. Shopping, wellness facilities, a day spa, and a nightclub are also located in the immediate vicinity.

In the basement, there is a laundry room with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer (50-cent coins).
You can store your bicycles in the lockable bike shed or at the bike rack (subject to availability).

From May until, tentatively, the end of 2026, roof work will be taking place on the neighbouring property. This may cause occasional noise.

A central location near the spa park: Built in 1994, this brick house is just a few minutes’ walk from the city centre. With a total of 8 apartments managed by our agency, our office located on the ground floor of the building, and two additional apartments, this building is very popular with our holiday guests.
The proximity to the spa park, which is right across the street, the short walk to shopping areas, and the minimal distance to the beach are very popular with our holidaymakers! This comfortable apartment complex, featuring 2- and 3-room apartments, is right in the heart of Timmendorfer Strand, across from the duck ponds and centrally located near the promenade!

All apartments have a terrace or balcony. You’re welcome to park your bicycles in the bike shed (subject to availability) or at a bike rack in the courtyard.
For longer stays, a coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the building’s basement. A parking space in the courtyard is also reserved for each apartment.<
