The living room features a spacious sofa bed from which you can comfortably watch TV while sitting or lying down. A large flat-screen TV and a Blu-ray player are available for your use. The cosy armchair invites you to read a book in peace or listen to an audiobook. For your leisure time, you’ll find a selection of DVDs, audiobooks, books, and board games—perfect for winding down after a beautiful day, for example, in the evening. A separate dining area seats 4 people.

On the northeast-facing balcony, you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast or a cup of coffee during the summer months.

The high-quality, fully equipped kitchen, featuring a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a convection oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and an egg cooker, is stocked with numerous utensils, so nothing stands in the way of preparing delicious meals. Cookbooks are available to inspire you with new ideas.

In the separate bedroom, you’ll find a large double bed (2 mattresses, each 90 cm wide), nightstands, and a wardrobe. Thanks to the convenience of a screen door, you can sleep with the window open on warm days.
