Die Wohnung liegt in einer wunderschönen Lage und mit guter Anbindung an kleinere, aber auch größere Orte per Bus und Bahn. Wir haben vor allem die Aussicht vom Balkon genossen und können diese Wohnung jedem empfehlen, der von der Großstadt entschleunigen möchte.

Kleine Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt in dieser kleinen FeWo. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet!! Das einzige, was fehlt, ist ein kleines Wandregal, wo man seine Lebensmittel abstellen könnte, da der Küchenbereich wirklich klein ist. Nichts desto trotz, die Wohnung ist super gelegen, mitten in der Altstadt von Biot. Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon, auf dem man gemütlich sitzen kann. Es gibt viele Restaurants und kleine Galerien in der Nähe, man hat dennoch seine Ruhe. Das Auto parkt man auf den außerhalb des Stadtkerns sich befindenden Parkplätzen, was aber wirklich kein Problem ist. In der Umgebung kann man schöne Wanderungen machen. Zum Strand gelangt man in 45 min zu Fuß oder ab Parkplatz in 10 min mit dem Auto. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Einkaufsladen, für mehr fährt man nach Antibes (*10 -15 min) Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt, den man zu zweit genießen kann.

Tolle Lage, der Balkon ist der Hit

Wir haben von dort aus kleine Ausflüge gemacht. Cannes, Nizza, Grasse, tolle Küstenstraße sind sehr nah. Die Restaurants, die wir besucht haben, gefielen uns sehr. Ein schöner kleiner Ort und eine schöne kleine Wohnung mit tollen kleinen Balkon. Preis/Leistung ist sehr gut

Heureusement qu'il y a le balcon...

Description non conforme a l'annonce. Nous cherchons toujours le sauna, nous cherchons toujours le romantisme de l'appartement. Nous cherchons toujours les millions de services soit disant proposer. De plus, appartement loué jusque 11h jour du départ, mais la personne en charge de l'appartement arrive sans prévenir a 9h, en essayant de rentrer directement. Heureusement que nous avions fermé de l'intérieur... et si nous n'avions pas été la a ce moment, la personne rentrait sans que nous soyons au courant.

Een heerlijke plek!

Wat hebben wij genoten. Het appartement is klein, maar alles wat nodig is, is aanwezig. En schoon. De locatie is werkelijk super. Wel fijn dat we geen bovenburen hadden, dit zorgt absoluut voor meer privacy op het balkon. Het appartement is middenin Biot. Biot is een mooi klein stadje. Gemoedelijk, met op zijn tijd extra festiviteiten/activiteiten. De auto kan niet bij het appartement geparkeerd worden. Hiervoor kun je verderop gebruik maken van een grote parkeerplaats (gratis, ook deel blauwe zone). Absoluut voor herhaling vatbaar!

Fajne choć bardzo małe mieszkanko.

Mieszkanie w samym centrum miasteczka Biot. Blisko do restauracji oraz pobliskich plaż i miejscowości Nicea czy Cannes. Fajną rzeczą były codzienne wieczorne atrakcje w amfiteatrze ( koncert, letnie kino, teatr, występy ). Mieszkanie było czyste i w pełni umeblowane. Trochę mieliśmy problem komunikacyjny, ponieważ Pani zajmująca się domem nie znała angielskiego. Trzeba zaznaczyć, że mieszkanie jest bardzo małe i w zasadzie służyło tylko do spania. Za to łazienka jest wystarczająco duża. Taras w rzeczywistości okazał się mniejszy niż na zdjęciach i z mało atrakcyjnym widokiem. Przez kilka pierwszych dni nie działała klimatyzacja, ponieważ zepsuł się pilot. Generalnie jest to opcja dla osób mało wymagających i nie zamierzających spędzać zbyt wiele czasu w mieszkaniu. Tym co nas najbardziej drażniło, było okropnie skrzypiące łóżko. Każdy ruch powodował, że budziliśmy się co było trochę denerwujące. Wyjazd uważamy za udany ale następnym razem będziemy szukać czegoś większego i bardziej komfortowego.

Bel endroit, très beau village pittoresque.

Petit logement où tout y est raffiné du lavabo à la vaisselle, jusqu'aux petits abat-jours :-) La chance aussi de n'avoir eu personne à l'étage du dessus. Très bon accueil et gentillesse.

A nice appartment and a good stay until the family from the owner arrived.

Everything was fine, the appartment is very clean and cute. Everything went well until the upper neighboors (owner’s family) arrived. We were sitting on the terrace, and they definitely saw us. They started to sweep the floor from their balcony, throwing all the dust on us. Such a polite way to say hello... But otherwise evrything went well so i’ll still put a nice rating. And one more little message for the owner, you should really change the lock from the outside door. It’s such a pain in the ass. We were locked inside for an hour, it was impossible to open the door. Thanks for the stay. Adrien

Schöne Bleibe

Wir fühlten uns in Biot sehr wohl. Wenngleich wir eine grössere Wohnung sowie Terrasse erwartet haben (war wohl mir Weitwinkel aufgenommen...) hatten wir alles was wir für diese Woche zu zweit benötigten. Lediglich einige Küchenutensilen haben wir vermisst...Aber die Wohnung ist nett, das Dorf charmant und guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Nichts für den Urlauber der vorwiegend auf Badeurlaub steht, aber der das Hinterland und die Städte erkunden möchte.

Schöne Tage in Biot

Hübsche kleine Wohnung mitten in Biot mit allem was man braucht. Liebevoll eingerichtet, besonders die Terrasse mit dem schönen Ausblick haben wir genossen! Biot ist wirklich eine Perle, sowohl Antibes als auch Nizza sind nicht weit. Hinter dem Bahnhof von Biot gibt es einen ruhigen nicht überlaufenen Kieselstrand. Wirklich empfehlenswert, es muss aber nicht wirklich im Juli und August sein! In der Hauptsaison wird es doch manchmal recht eng und die Verkehrsdichte an der Cote d'Azur kann mit jeder deutschen Metropole mühelos mithalten.

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Wir haben 7 wunderschöne Tage in der La Maison en Couleurs in Biot verbracht und sind glücklich da gewesen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und die Zimmer waren sehr schön. Das Zimmer und ganze Wohnung machen einen sehr gepflegten und sauberen Eindruck. Zu der Ferienwohnung gehört eine schöne Terrasse mit einem spektakulären Blick! Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich von der Eigentümer begrüßt. Die haben uns tolle Tipps zur Erkundung der Côte d'Azur gegeben und waren sehr hilfsbereit, herzlich und aufgeschlossen. Der Bahnhof sowie der Strand sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Bus o. Auto zu erreichen. Von Biot sind Nizza, Cannes, Vence, Antibes, Valbonne usw. gut mit dem Auto bzw. mit der Bahn (sehr preiswert!) zu erreichen. Im Ort gibt es manchmal Konzerte, die schmale Gassen und die kleine Altstadt sind sehr sehenswert. Wir werden ganz sicher noch mal nach Biot kommen! Natalia und Mariusz

Französische Romantik

Biot ist ein schönes kleines Städtchen zum Entspannen. Der Ort bietet alles was man zum Leben braucht. Schöne kleine Gassen mit netten Geschäften und guten Restaurants. Biot ist fernab vom Trubel und der gerade im Sommer massenbevölkerten Küste, aber nicht weit entfernt, so dass man jederzeit nach Nizza und in die anderen Küstenstädte fahren kann. Auch per Bus bequem zu erreichen. Das Haus selbst bietet einen schönen Ausblick hoch über dem Ort. Die Zimmer sind mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Ein Geheimtipp für Liebhaber der Cote d´Azur.

Traumhafte Tage in Biot

Die lebhafte Cote d'Azur erleben und romantisch wohnen, in einer liebevoll eingerichteten und ideal gelegenen Ferienwohnung in Biot! Die Ausstattung und der Zustand der Wohnung ist top, auf einem kleinen Balkon kann man frühstücken und am Abend ein Glas Wein und guten Käse geniessen. Biot ist als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zu den Küstenorten ideal, zum Meer sind es nur ein paar Minuten. Vom nahe gelegenen Golfplatz, auf dem wir auch gespielt haben, hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf das Bergdörfchen Biot. In Biot gibt es einige Lokale, in denen man am Abend gut essen kann, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und nette Läden. Sehr schön war das Frühstück auf dem Dorfplatz mit den leckersten Croissants, die wir je gegessen haben. Wir haben die Woche im Maison en Couleurs sehr genossen und können die reizende Ferienwohnung weiter empfehlen. Auch wir werden wieder einmal nach Biot kommen, es gibt noch viel zum anschauen und erleben. Kerstin und Achim aus Bayern

Rundum zufrieden

Erst eine nützliche Info: wir haben entdeckt, dass man vom Flughafen (Nizza) für 1€ mit dem Bus nach Biot Bahnhof fahren kann und dann wieder für 1€ zum oberen Teil der Stadt. Und später entdecktm, dass man mit dem Zug überall (Nizza Antibes oder Cannes) billig fahren kann. Zum Haus: sehr geschmackvolles Haus,(wir hatten den roten Salon) wunderschön eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet, sehr sauberer Zustand, ein modernes stilvolles Badezimmer und haben unsere Frühstückszeit auf der Terrasse sehr genossen! Wir konnten uns gut selbstverpflegen (Küche ist augestattet) aber wenn keine Lust da war, sind die Restaurants gleich um die Ecke. Also rundum zufrieden mit dem Haus und der Lage (es muss nicht immer Côte d'Azur sein). Preisleistungverhältnis war stimmig. Von Biot aus sind wir in alle Himmelsrichtungen gut weggekommen und es gibt sogar tolle Wanderwege! Wir empfehlen es gerne.und werden sicher wieder kommen!

gemütlich und romantisch

Wir haben im Mai dieses Jahres zwei traumhaft schöne Wochen in Biot verlebt.Die Wohnung ist super ,sehr schön und sehr gemütlich,ebenso Biot.Eine kleine pittoreske Altstadt mit gemütlichen Restaurant und außergewöhnlichen kleinen Geschäften.Bemerkenswert ist,daß abends kaum Touristen sind und man sich zwischen den netten Einheimischen sehr wohl fühlt.Das Auto kann man vor dem Ort parken.Ist aber kein Problem mit dem Gepäck,da man vor die Wohnung fahren kann zum Be-und Entladen.Das Meer kann man sehen und im Gebirge ist man sowieso. Zum Golfen waren wir auch und ein -zweimal zum Tennisspielen.Was will man mehr im Urlaub,als Leben wie Gott in Frankreich.

Traumhafte und idyllische Ferienwohnung

Im alten Ortskern von Biot, zwischen Cannes und Nizza gelegen, befindet sich das Haus mit den 4 Ferienwohungen ganz idyllisch gelegen in einer Seitenstraße. Der Markt ist in zwei Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Abends kann man gut in den verschiedenen Lokalen essen. Zum Baden fährt man am besten mit dem Auto. Der kürzeste Strand ist 7 km entfernt. Am besten man sucht sich einen Strand in den umliegenden Orten, der einem gefällt. Tagsüber sind Tagestouristen in Biot und abends hat man den Ort fast für sich alleine.Die allten Gassen laden zum Spaziergang an. Die Wohungen sind sehr komfortabel eingerichet und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Der beste Platz ist auf der kleinen Terasse. Dort kann man alle Mahlzeiten einnehmen und sich von den Anstrengungen des Tages wunderbar erholen. Dabei ist man immer mitten drin und erlebt das Flair des historischen Ortes. Biot ist gut als Ausgangpunkt für Tagestouren geeignet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder Urlaub in dieser Wohnung machen. Wir haben unvergessliche Tage erlebt. Probieren Sie es aus!
